Monstera Albo Borsigiana White Tiger Double Node Cutting

So I originally ordered a cutting from this seller on Amazon and received it came in good condition and in my inexperience I let it die so I contacted the seller and asked if the did a discounted replacement seller said they would and to message them on their site a couple of weeks from then. The weeks go by so I attempted to contact them on their site and recieved no response. It wasn’t a problem I killed the plant no fault of the sellers so I just purchased a new double node cutting directly from them and paid for the expedited shipping on 2/4/24 after 2 weeks I did not receive any shipping updates so I messaged the seller looking for an update I never recieved a reply but I did receive an update from the shop app saying that the cutting shipped and a usps tracking number saying label created usps still awaiting item… the date is now 3/6/24 with no further updates and the tracking info provided still states label created usps awaiting item I have not messaged the seller again at this point because I have recieved no reply any other time I tried like I said the original plant came in and looked good I was at fault but trying to get another has been a hassle and a long wait

I purchased a two node cutting and to my surprise received a top cutting. Unfortunately the cutting was brown and dying. I reached out for help and suggestions but never heard back. Ultimately the cutting ended up dying. I still gave 3 stars because I was provided with a top cutting but was never offered help on how to save the plant.

Node came and was exactly as pictured, packed well and very healthy. Already sprouting after only a few days in my prop box.
