Jersey City, NJ

Located in Jersey City, NJ, this development features almost 10,000 SF for offices on its second and third floors, and residences beginning on the fourth floor and continuing up to the 27th story.

Amenities for residents include almost 290 bicycle parking spaces and a rooftop deck overlooking the Jersey City and Manhattan skylines to the east.  An 8,000 SF retail space on the ground floor will be accessible to the public from both Central and Newark avenues as well. Alubuild USA will install the curtainwall along with the punch windows, louvers, and aluminum cladding supplied by Al Abbar Aluminum.

These two 51-story towers are being constructed atop a 12-story base as part of a significant development project. This development spans two million square feet and will accommodate a total of 1,723 rental apartments, approximately 41,000 square feet of retail space, and around 880 parking spaces. Noteworthy amenities for residents include indoor and outdoor pools, a basketball court, bowling alleys, a playroom, and a library.

Alubuild USA is actively supplying and installing the exterior façade, utilizing a custom bespoke curtain wall system sourced from Al Abbar Group.

520 Fifth Avenue

New York, NY

Al Abbar Group, in collaboration with its US partner, Al Abbar North America, was awarded the design, engineering, and supply of aluminum and glazing components for the external envelope of 520 Fifth Avenue in the heart of Manhattan’s Midtown neighborhood.

The installation has been efficiently executed by the specialist façade contractor, Alubuild USA, a sister company of Al Abbar North America, and both are esteemed members of Tower Holdings Group.

The mixed-use tower, spanning approximately 450,000 square feet, proudly stands as the second tallest building on Fifth Avenue, succeeding the iconic Empire State Building.

The Prism Building

Cork, Ireland

The Prism Building is a new, iconic, grade A commercial office development that will be located in the heart of Cork City. The tower will act as a gateway between Cork City Centre and the New Business District in the Docklands.

Standing at 15 floors tall, this elegant prism-shaped structure will consist of 6,000 square meters of light-filled, fourth generation office space, designed to the highest of international standards.

The floor to ceiling super clear vision glass will provide an optimum combination of very high light transparency with low-reflectivity, solar protection, and thermal insulation for a pleasant ambient indoor climate throughout the year, while the glass walls will be complemented with a textured stainless-steel element, adding to the ‘crystalline’ effect of the overall building.

Throughout the project, Alubuild USA expertly installed approximately 184,000 square feet of unitized curtainwall, supplied by Al Abbar Group.

Situated in Jersey City, NJ, the multi-family development reaches a height of 293 feet spanning 27 stories. The completed structure hosts a total of 432 units, with 40 percent designated as efficiency apartments.

During the meticulous construction process, Alubuild USA showcased its expertise by seamlessly integrating 151,000 square feet of unitized curtainwall into the structure. This specialized installation, complemented by the inclusion of Punch Windows, Louvers, and Aluminum Cladding, was seamlessly executed with precision and finesse, all sourced from the reputable Al Abbar Group through our sister company, Al Abbar North America.
