Every once in awhile you install an app that is near perfect. This one is. I can control devices from Tasker for cryin out loud! Three caveats: 1) This app shows up as a device in Alexa, noted as unresponsive. So I deregistered it and had to reinstall this app. Don't do that! 2) To manually turn things on & off, I launch this app. This app should start in select only mode, with a menu pick to enter edit mode. 3) The widgets are ugly. But I don't need them so I don't care πŸ˜€

Makes what should be easy actually possible. Now I've got a tablet with a full page plus of the most common Alexa tasks to click on. I especially like that you can chain 2 or more routines together in a single button. That makes life a lot easier. Gripes, and I did find things to moan about, but nothing major. 1. It can be casual in its performance. Nothing horrible, but it is noticable at times. On the other hand, it makes things happen at a human speed. All in all this is solid.

I tested the trial version then paid for the full version. It does exactly what it says, so now I can have home screen icons for Alexa commands or routines. The Alexa app requires three taps vs one with this. It's perfect when I have to be quiet. I had a slight problem figuring it out since I use a dark theme with black background, and the icon and foreground for icons were both set to black resulting in invisible buttons. Once I started setting colors before creating a button, no problems.
