App is pretty easy to use. The only issue I see is the lack of detailed information available on the payments portal. When you look at the drop down menu under "pay my bills" you have a few options like: view all, view unpaid, view partially paid, etc.. problem is each option shows the same information which is the minimum amount due or full amount. It doesn't display unpaid, partially paid none of that. Disappointing.

Can't even log in. When I get to the portion where I enter my name, phone and birthday, it just keeps giving me a "something went wrong!" error and makes me reenter everything, only to get the same error. So happy this is what customer service recommended for viewing my account when it doesn't even work

Horrible and irritating. The app is constantly down, usually (and conveniently) around when my payments are due. I constantly get technical errors saying "we cannot display your information at this time, please try again later" for literal days. I only have this app and use Arbella because it's my only option, if I had the choice I would have been long gone by now.
