Raw foods such as hemp, flax and sprouted seeds are economically valuable and highly nutritious products. Effective

Ato Star ® is the first state-approved organic cleaning product for the control of micropiars in dry foods. Current practice, based on certificates of analysis obtained by sampling, does not guarantee the detection of all contaminations.

CASE EXAMPLE - Edible hemp seeds

Hundreds of tons of raw cannabis seeds from many commercial cannabis producers contained concentrations of potentially unsafe microbes such as yeast, mold and E. Ato Star ® prepared with water at a concentration of 40 liters/tonne was applied to these seeds and dried for approximately 5 minutes/tonne to remove 2% moisture.
