for blending


sometimes, if you want to put time into creating a scene use the vertex paint method, if you want to do the texturing fast just drop the mask and it does the thing for you (that's great for instances the level designers what I mean)optimized and fast, or only affect the top side of your mesh here you go, bottom mesh another option, what about the puddle, of course, even there is an option you can create a normal for your puddle and move it with wind ok that's cool I don't have time to uv my objects its ok use triplaner option that is provided for each layer separately each material can be blended with height map that looks more natural by normal there are options for each layer to blend in other ways too


second master material can blend the top side bottom side virtual texture with full control and in combination with the blueprint one mesh can be used multiple times with any repetition


note: there is a link for the older version on how to blend but in this update it's more user-friendly and optimized
