Gaddafi Kamal
Executive Chairman
Mr. Gaddafi Kamal is a co-founder of Cergas Energy Group, and is the ultimate majority shareholder of CEL. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s entire operation. Mr. Gaddafi is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2001 and he has amassed 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector.
Currently, he is also the Managing Director of Salur Kuasa Sdn. Bhd. and Janacap Sdn. Bhd.
Prior to that he was the Chief Executive Officer of SPK Oil & Gas Group of companies. His achievements included but were not limited to, spearheading SPK Oil & Gas Group of companies in securing sales of RM600mil annually, establishing JV companies with Wood Group International (UK), ThyssenKrupp Xervon GmbH (Germany), P. T. Rekayasa Industri (Indonesia) and Superior Energy Services, Inc (USA) as well as establishing Awan Inspirasi Sdn Bhd, a company that provides helicopter transportation services to PCSB and Shell Sarawak with long term contract in excess of RM1 billion.

Dato’ Sri Eric Oh Teik Chay
Dato’ Sri Eric Oh Teik Chay is a co-founder of Cergas Energy Group. Currently, he is the Managing Director and Executive Director of Ericsenz Capital. He acted as an Independent non-executive director of Barakah Offshore Petroleum Berhad and Litespeed Education Technologies Berhad (currently known as Eduspec Holdings Berhad). He also hold directorship in several listed companies.
Dato’ Sri Eric has 21 years of experience in cross-border merger and acquisition, private equity investments, corporate restructuring & turnaround exercise and IPO listings in various industries such as oil & gas, information technology, healthcare, education and consumer industries in Asia.
He has experience in listing several companies in the stock exchanges of Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. He established Ericsen Foundation; a charitable non-profit organisation committed to improve the lives of those in the underprivileged communities.
